Love Interest: (Not required, but some just feel the need for a little some'thin, some'thin. The other person does not have to like them back, it's your decision.)

Organization: (CCG, Aogiri, Anteiku, Other group, unaffiliated, you name it.)

Kagune: (The predatory organ of the Ghoul, each one being unique to it's owner. This should include ONE special ability/function; Some launch projectiles, some harden into weapons around the limbs, some have spikes, etc. Just don't be OP. Keep it realistic; if you have a huge, heavy kagune, it won't move fast.)

Primary Stats: (Of the five stats, which three does your character tend to rely on?)

Physical Description: (Height, weight, clothes, hair, etc. Just, for the love of the lord, make the description long enough to actually tell me something.)

Personality: (Easily the most important section, as such this thing should be long and detailed. How do they think, feel, behave, etc.)

History: (How did your character come to be where they are? What events shaped their life?)

Residence: (In which ward do you make your home?)

Other: (Any details which did not fit into the above sections go here.)
