Name: Matt Kaito (AKA Zephon)

Kagune: Two long, thin tendrils, mostly black, but flashing with white. They can sharpen themselves at the edges and at the tips, and can wrap around things. They begin on the back of his ribcage, and can extend, although he usually uses them like hidden blades.

Primary Stats: Stealth, speed, and attack

Physical Description: Matt has dirty-blonde hair, which is long enough for him to put it over one eye, yet still manages to find its way into the other, something that causes him to sometimes clip his front lock to the side, mostly when Matt needs to see and analyze things. He doesn't usually wears the same clothes, but always wears mostly black and other dark colors, sometimes contrasting with a red shirt. He is slim, and skinny for his height, which is a bit over the average. Matt wears a pair of black Converse and rubber bracelets decorate his arms, starting at his wrists, and they express his love for anime, and art. His mask is a kitten's face, with a zipper at the mouth, which he can open in order to feed.

Personality: Hardened by living life as a ghoul on the streets, Zephon became independent at an early age. He doesn't trust anyone and tends to keep quiet when introduced to people. He will end up having to socialize with later, but tends to be himself around people he thinks will either die or disappear from his life.

Zephon is sarcastic, if not downright arrogant and tends to seem as though he has a higher self-esteem than he does due to all his ironic jokes, which are not understood by many. He usually comes off as rude or cold, and if he does, then that's simply how he's being. He is rebellious and has grown into the habit of doing what others say he "shouldn't" or not doing what he "should" simply because he doesn't like being bossed around or given orders.

He tends to get stressed by certain topics, although the trigger is unknown even to him.

History: Matt grew up living like a normal child until he was ten. He went to school with human children, and learned to eat like them (he threw it up later) although he was given strange looks when one day he drank coffee in 1st grade. Zephon did not interact with other ghoul children, mainly because he didn't know any, and would rather not become involved, based on what his parents told him.

When he was 10, Zephon was awakened to the sounds of his parents' screams, urging him to run, to leave. Confused at first, he then saw a group of men standing next to them holding large bags. Before he could say anything, his parents were whisked away, and Zephon dodged the sketchy men, then ran away, living on the streets for three years, learning how to live by himself, until at last, a friendly ghoul lent him his apartment. The ghoul was later killed by CCG, yet Zephon still lives in the apartment, since they knew nothing of it. He is known as "The Assassin" to other ghouls due to his stealthy way of killing humans and dragging them off.

Needs a bit of grammar work, and there is the minor inconsistency with the food, as the canon says it is completely poisonous for a ghoul to partake of human cuisine. unless he threw up all his meals when he was ten, that is going to need revision.
